The S4511 has been designed as a high performance loudspeakers with compact dimensions. The system includes 4 x 5,5" FE drivers with 32mm AL Voice Coil on a Kapton former. The four speakers couple mutually delivering a significant sound pressure. A Tractrix horn is placed into the central point of the four LF drivers and is coupled to a high power high frequency driver with annular diaphragm.
The cabinet has different suspending points that allow installation in vertical or horizontal position. The compact design allows discrete installation into clubs or discotheques.
The S4511 incorporates its own internal crossover composed by quality, low resistance inductors as well as high end MKP condensers.
The maximum sound pressure the system can achieve is 120dB @1 meter in half space conditions within the mentioned frequency extension (129dB peak SPL). The system weights 11.4 Kg, and is available with custom mounting options for both rigging and dual NL4 connectors.
The high Qts value of the LF drivers as well as the long excursion capability allows the system to work as a sealed box; excellent transient response, remarkable power reserve as well as unusual low distortion in the HF domain are distinctive characteristics of this speaker.
